These Terms and Conditions govern your use of weddzie.com and the purchase of digital products from Weddzie. By accessing our website or purchasing our products you agree to be bound by these terms.

Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

THE PRODUCTS

Weddzie sells digital products including wedding planning templates, PDF planners, Google Sheets trackers, Canva templates and related digital downloads. All products are delivered as digital files accessible immediately after purchase through Gumroad.

Because our products are digital and are delivered immediately upon purchase, you receive access to the full product at the time of your transaction.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

All purchases are processed through Gumroad. By making a purchase you agree to Gumroad’s Terms of Service in addition to these terms. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Changes to pricing will not affect purchases already completed.

DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY

After completing your purchase through Gumroad you will receive an email containing your download link. This link provides access to your purchased files. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your email within 15 minutes of purchase.

Download links are valid for a limited period as determined by Gumroad’s policies. We recommend downloading and saving your files immediately after purchase. If you experience difficulty accessing your files please contact us at contact.weddzie@gmail.com.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on weddzie.com and all digital products sold by Weddzie — including but not limited to templates, designs, written content, graphics and planning tools — are the intellectual property of Weddzie and are protected by copyright law.

When you purchase a digital product from Weddzie you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal use. You may edit, customize and print our templates for your personal wedding planning purposes.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, copy or otherwise transfer our digital products to any third party. You may not use our products to create competing products or services. You may not claim our products as your own work.

CANVA TEMPLATES

Our Canva templates are shared via a Canva template link. When you click the link and select “Use Template,” a copy of the template is added to your Canva account. This copy is yours to edit for personal use. A free Canva account is sufficient to use all of our templates.

You are responsible for having a Canva account. We are not responsible for any changes Canva makes to their platform or pricing that may affect your ability to use the templates.

GOOGLE SHEETS

Our Google Sheets templates are shared as view-only links. To use them you must make a copy to your own Google Drive by selecting File > Make a Copy. A free Google account is required. We are not responsible for any changes Google makes to their platform.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our digital products are provided for planning and organizational purposes. We make no guarantee that the use of our products will result in a specific outcome for your wedding planning. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on information or templates contained in our products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weddzie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Our products are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our products will meet your specific requirements or that they will be error-free.

USER CONDUCT

By using our website you agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose, to post or transmit any content that is defamatory, offensive or harmful, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of our website.

THIRD PARTY LINKS

Our website may contain links to third-party websites including Gumroad, Canva, Google and others. These links are provided for your convenience. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
